Returns Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
How to Return
Email returns@farcross.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact returns@farcross.com within 14 days with photos. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
